This is dependent on where you live. Orders are dispached within 24 hrs mon-fri, UK deliveries are generally between 1-3 days.

You are welcome to return any items purchased from us within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in original condition with any seals in tact.

Please contact us as soon as possible to change the delivery address of your order. Orders are dispatched around 2-3pm daily.

99% of the time your products will arrive in the same parcel. We do however have 2 UK & 1 EU distribution centers. Should there be any stock issue in any of our centers we do posses the option to send out your order separately

We don’t have a physical store that our customers can visit. We are an online company with a office and a seperate fulfilment center.

All our order emails are automated, and support emails are manually written by a member of our support team.
