Upon receipt of payment, we aim to ship all orders within one working day. We use both international and domestic distributors based in Europe and the UK to ensure your order is processed as swiftly as possible. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest distributor when possible, although 95% of our stock is located in the United Kingdom. As such, you may receive different packages for the same order.
We are pleased to offer free 2nd class Royal Mail, Tracked 48 or Yodel 48, 2-3 day signed for delivery on all UK orders over £50. Please note, this offer does not apply to orders of Canna Wine.
For the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands, we use Royal Mail signed for or Yodel 48 Tracked Delivery. Please note, a signature will be required upon receipt of your order.
For European deliveries, we offer two tiers of shipping. In countries with a reliable postal service, we use Royal Mail International tracked and signed for (£11.99), which typically takes 3-5 working days for delivery. In countries where we have previously experienced delivery issues, we use a dedicated courier service (TNT/UPS/DPD/DHL etc.), with delivery times varying. The cost for this service is £19.99. Please note, all parcels require a signature upon receipt.
We process and dispatch 95% of our orders from our warehouse and fulfilment centre in Leicester, UK. We have a dedicated shipping, postage, and packaging department, committed to dispatching items to our customers as quickly and securely as possible. All of our shipping options are weight-based.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day (Monday-Friday), however, this is not always possible. Therefore, we ask you to add one extra processing day onto the listed delivery duration. Please note, the delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than when the order was placed.
Please note, international shipping duration is an estimate only, and it may vary from country to country. On some occasions, it may take longer than the estimated delivery time.
Please note that you will be responsible for all taxes and customs-related costs in the destination country. We highly advise you to check the destination country’s laws relating to importing e-cigarette products, such as import taxes, duties, and compliance, before placing orders. Some products may require special licenses or permits to import, and we will not be responsible for products rejected or confiscated by your local customs.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days. Please return the item to us unused, with the seal intact, along with your name and preferably invoice number or order ID, and we’ll issue a refund. All goods will be inspected upon return.
To return a package, please enclose at least your name and address, and preferably the invoice number or order ID, along with the goods and a note describing the item and the reason for return. Please keep proof of posting. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
